An Evidence-Based Framework for Reducing Occupational Stress and Burnout in Pakistani Universities

The aim of the study was to design a framework for university administrations provide guideline effective management issues occupational stress and burnout among teachers in Pakistan. A total 320 participated study. Of respondents, 144 (45%) were female, 176 (55%) male. questionnaire especially constructed it comprised six subscales. results showed that there no significant gender difference between scores respondents except on one scale. show are not satisfied with efforts made by deal problems burnout. In light results, has been designed Pakistan.
